SHIPPING POLICY

What do you ship?
Our gin is shipped in glass bottles and well protected in suitable packaging.
 
When do you ship?
Your gin will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your paid order.
 
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in Australia in the Australia Post network.
For international deliveries please contact us and provide your country's policies on the importation of alcohol.

How do you ship?
We normally use Australia Post. For addresses closer to home we may use local couriers or deliver to you personally, please ask !
 
What does shipping cost? 

We provide free shipping Australia wide for purchases over $75. 

We are not able to accept orders from outside of Australia at this time. 

 
How to track an order that's been shipped?
A tracking number will be emailed once dispatched. Please ensure you provide the correct email address.
 
In-store pick up option?
Local pick up is available during tasting room hours and by appointment at other times. If you need it urgently please let us know and we'll find a stockist close to you.

REFUND POLICY

What can be returned? 

Please agree to these Terms and Conditions to proceed to purchasing : 

You must be at least 18 years of age to proceed, and you must provide proof of age upon receipt of your delivery. 

If a delivery is damaged please email photographs and a description of how the damage occurred. Genuine transit-only breakage will be replaced only if you make a note of this on the courier's proof of delivery and provide a copy to us. Please check your delivery before signing for it. 

If you are not satisfied with the Gin please return it to us explaining why and it will be replaced free at our discretion. If our product is deemed faulty by us we will cover the return and replacement freight.

When do items need to be returned?

Please email mark@spiritofbruny.com.au as soon as you have decided that there is a problem with the product, or a within maximum of two days of delivery as shown of the proof of delivery receipt and ensure that we receive the returned item(s) within seven days.

Where do items need to be returned?
Please return to Spirit of Bruny®, 391 Simpsons Bay Rd, Simpsons Bay, TAS, 7150, Australia

How do customers return items?
Please re-pack your bottle(s) carefully in the original packaging, re-address to us and return using Australia Post. 

Shipping for returns?
If our product is deemed faulty by us we will refund the cost of the return freight to us and cover the replacement freight to you.

Credit for returns?
If the product is deemed faulty and you would prefer a refund we will refund the cost to the same card used to purchase it.
